Poucos conhecem o nome desta banda, mas concerteza que, graças a um novo spot publicitário, depressa farão a devida assoiação.

Para quem não conhece, os Youth Group são uma banda musical australiana de rock oriunda de Sydney e formada na década de 1990.

Dos integrantes originais da banda, só Toby Martin (vocal e guitarra) e Danny Allen (bateria) permaneceram. Após várias formações, desde 2004 permanece a que hoje se conhece, com a junção de Cameron Emerson-Elliott na guitarra e o antigo baixista dos The Vines, Patrick Matthews.

Apesar da pouca visibilidade em termos europeus, ganharam alguma notoriedade com uma nova versão de "forever young" dos velhinhos Alphaville, música essa que lhes permitiu arrecadar em 2007 o prémio Aria Break-Though Single.

Um clássico relembrado que se tranforma desta maneira num hino à eterna juventude...
